Pre-Order Policy

Some Shop.AudrenB items are offered as pre-order, meaning they are not currently in stock and will be specially ordered after the pre-order window closes.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing and shipping. The timeline begins once the pre-order period ends.

Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item. Because pieces are ordered specifically for you, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or modified.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
